What we operate.

Property management is the foundation of everything we do. We operate hotel and motel properties under the HK Suites group with hands-on, owner-operator discipline — combining hospitality experience with a technology-first operational backbone.

Unlike third-party managers that bolt onto existing operations, PMS 100 is built as a unified system. We don't manage from a distance — we live the properties day in and day out, and every decision is rooted in what actually works on the ground.
