PMS 100 LLC was founded under the HK Suites group, headquartered in the Dallas area. We combine hands-on hospitality experience with a forward-looking approach to technology, data, and automation.
We started by running properties — and quickly realized the tools available to operators weren't keeping up. So we built our own: reservation flows, night-audit automation, dynamic rate updates, and reporting dashboards that talk to each other.
Today, that same operating system powers every property we run — and gives our team time to do the only thing that really matters: take care of guests.
