What we operate.

PMS 100 LLC isn't just an operator — we're an active participant in the growth of independent hospitality across Texas. Our acquisition and investment service is designed for partners, capital providers and existing owners who want to grow alongside a technology-first hospitality group.

Since our founding in May 2023, we've built a disciplined approach to evaluating, acquiring and operating hotel and motel properties — combining hospitality fundamentals with the operational efficiency that only comes from in-house technology.

Our Investment Philosophy

We believe the independent hotel and motel segment is structurally undervalued because most operators run on outdated systems, fragmented processes and limited data. The same property, run on our integrated operational model, can deliver materially better margins without sacrificing service quality.

  • Strong location fundamentals — high-traffic corridors, growing markets, defensible demand
  • 30 to 150 rooms — large enough for sophisticated operations, small enough to be agile
  • Underperforming assets — sound buildings where operations need modernization
  • Texas-first focus, with selective opportunities in adjacent markets
